Delivery times
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is delivered within 1 to 6 business days, depending on the carrier selected and the destination country. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping your parcel
The standard shipping method is pickup point delivery for mainland France, Corsica, Belgium and Monaco, and Colissimo for the rest of Europe.
Whichever shipping method you choose (pickup point, Colissimo home delivery or Chronopost), we will provide a link as soon as possible so you can track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, so shipping charges will apply to each order.
