RETURN

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to change your mind (excluding gift cards, which are neither exchangeable nor refundable).

Once your request has been validated, you will receive a return agreement, along with a label to print out and instructions on how to proceed. You can then return the product(s) to us by sticking the label on the return box.

Upon receipt of your product, our customer service department will confirm receipt by notifying you by e-mail. One of our operators will check the conformity of the product. If the product is in conformity (original packaging, unused, etc.), the refund will be made.

REFUNDS

Refunds are made within 15 days of receipt of your item(s), using the same method of payment you used to make your purchase. For security reasons, we are not authorized to issue refunds to accounts or credit cards other than those used for payment at the time of order.

Any parcel sent outside this procedure cannot be processed.
