You have 15 days after the delivery date to change your mind (excluding gift cards which are neither exchangeable nor refundable).

Once your request has been validated, you will receive a return agreement as well as the label to print and the procedure to follow. You can then send us the product (s) by sticking the label on the return card.

Upon receipt of your product, our customer service will confirm its reception by notifying you of an email. One of our operators will check the product compliance state. If the latter complies (original packaging, unused ...), the refund will be made.


Refunds are made within 15 days of receipt of your article (s) on the means of payment used during your purchase. For security reasons, we are not authorized to make refund on another account or via a different credit card that used for payment on order.

Any package sent outside this procedure cannot be processed.
