Shipping: methods, rates and delivery times
Browlab offers different shipping methods depending on the destination: collection-point delivery, signed-for Colissimo home delivery and Chronopost express home delivery. The options actually available for your order and the applicable costs are shown before you confirm payment.
1. Destinations and rates
The rates below correspond to the shipping methods currently offered by Browlab. Free collection-point delivery is available only for the destinations and order values shown. It does not apply to other shipping methods.

Free-shipping thresholds are calculated using the order value applied at checkout. Certain conditions may depend on the items and delivery address. The actual total payable is displayed during checkout before order confirmation. You can also visit our Shipping page for shipping options and information by destination.
2. Order preparation and delivery times
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Transit times shown on our Shipping page are estimates in working days from the time the carrier takes possession of the parcel; they do not include order preparation time.
Where a delivery date or time frame is provided before you place the order, we commit to meeting it. Unless a specific delivery period has been agreed, applicable law provides for delivery within 30 days of entering into the contract.
3. Delivery to a collection point
If you select collection-point delivery, you choose your pickup location after payment, on the order confirmation page. If you do not select a pickup location, an available collection point near your delivery address may be assigned automatically in accordance with the process described during checkout.
4. Tracking, incidents and missing deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched, you receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered even though you have not received it, contact us at hello@browlab.fr or via our Contact page. We will investigate and, if necessary, contact the carrier. Your statutory delivery rights remain fully applicable.
5. Destinations outside the European Union
For certain destinations outside the European Union, customs procedures, duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These amounts are separate from the shipping charges above. If you need information about the rules for your destination before ordering, contact customer service.
6. Gift cards and returns
The Browlab E-gift card is a digital product delivered by email and requires no physical shipping. For withdrawal and product returns, consult our returns and refunds policy.
