In what order should I use it with Hi-Def Brow Gel?
Always use the pencil first, then the gel. Hi-Def Brow Pencil shapes and fills; Hi-Def Brow Gel sets and styles natural hairs over the pencil strokes. They are designed to work together, and the gel does not affect the pencil's colour.
